You are looking at a brand new Kanger Kangertech T2 Long Wick clearomizer.  These tanks have replaceable coils which we also sell providing for a long lasting high quality clearomizer.  These clearomizers are ego threaded and 510 compatible.  They would require a ego to 510 adapter if the battery you have is 510 only.  Most ego style pen batteries are ego and 510 threaded.
